General<\/strong><\/h3>

Article 01:<\/strong>Registration fees cannot be refunded or postponed for any reason.<\/p>

Article 02:<\/strong>Any change of timetable, group or level must have the approval of the CEIL USTO-MB- administration.<\/p>

Article 03:<\/strong>Any change in schedule, level or language has to be formally approved by the administration of the CEIL USTO-MB-.<\/p>

Article 04:<\/strong>Learners subscribe in only one language.<\/p>

Article 05:<\/strong>Learners should consult the posters, the website and the Facebook page of the Center of languages to find out about exam dates and CEIL USTO-MB- news in general.<\/p>

Article 06:<\/strong>Access to the CEIL USTO-MB- is strictly prohibited for learners under 18 years of age.<\/p>

Rigor and diligence<\/strong><\/h2>

Article 01:<\/strong>Learners who have totaled three (3) absences<\/span> <\/strong>without valid reason will not be allowed to take the exam.<\/p>

Article 02:<\/strong>The administration of CEIL USTO-MB- reserves the right to verify the identity of learners at anytime and anywhere in the center.<\/p>

Article 03:<\/strong>The administration of CEIL USTO-MB- attaches great importance to the behavior of learners within the Center. Any act of indiscipline, or behavior deemed incorrect towards others, may result in disciplinary measures and severe punishment.<\/p>

Article 04:<\/strong>Dismissal for indiscipline does not entitle you to any refund of registration fees.<\/p>

Article 05:<\/strong> It is forbidden to smoke in the center premises, to eat and to use mobile phones during class sessions. Breaks will be given for this.<\/p>
