data-section-id=\"rsz1v\" data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"90\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"59\" data-end=\"90\">Presentation of the Faculty<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"570\">Established by Interministerial Decree No. 2687 of August 3, 1998, setting the organization of the faculty within the university, and Interministerial Decree No. 2688 of August 3, 1999 concerning the classification of senior positions within the faculty at the university, the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering is one of the seven faculties that make up the University of Science and Technology of Oran \u201cMohammed Boudiaf\u201d (USTO-MB), which includes three departments:<\/p><ul data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"667\"><li data-section-id=\"wy5oeo\" data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"602\">Department of Architecture<\/li><li data-section-id=\"p9z0yt\" data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"638\">Department of Civil Engineering<\/li><li data-section-id=\"19opi4j\" data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"667\">Department of Hydraulics<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"672\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1mwecjm\" data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"723\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"723\">Administrative Organization of the Faculty<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"881\">In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Executive Decree 98-253 of August 17, 1998, the administrative organization of the faculty is as follows:<\/p><ul data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1054\"><li data-section-id=\"rdccsf\" data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"895\">The Dean<\/li><li data-section-id=\"mlmti0\" data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"954\">The Vice Dean in charge of academic affairs (pedagogy)<\/li><li data-section-id=\"dhnl06\" data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1006\">The Vice Dean in charge of postgraduate studies<\/li><li data-section-id=\"7sypid\" data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1054\">The General Secretary of the Administration<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1059\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1dhpvm\" data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1085\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1085\">Training Programs<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1326\">As part of the restructuring of the university education system, the faculty introduced the new Bachelor\u2013Master\u2013Doctorate (LMD) system in September 2004. The main feature of this reform is an academic structure organized into three levels:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1462\"><li data-section-id=\"1hrdh5r\" data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1382\">Bachelor\u2019s degree (Licence): 3 years (6 semesters)<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1f1ifqu\" data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1425\">Master\u2019s degree: 2 years (4 semesters)<\/li><li data-section-id=\"q7c1mm\" data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1462\">Doctorate (third cycle): 3 years<\/li><\/ul><p>&#8211; <strong><em>D\u00e9partement d\u2019Architecture<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>&#8211; <strong><em>D\u00e9partement de G\u00e9nie Civil.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>&#8211; <strong><em>D\u00e9partement d\u2019Hydraulique<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Organisation Administrative de la Facult\u00e9<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>En application des dispositions de l\u2019article 25 du d\u00e9cret ex\u00e9cutif 98-253 du 17 ao\u00fbt 1998, l\u2019organisation administrative de la facult\u00e9 se pr\u00e9sente comme suit :<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 *Le Doyen.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 *Le Vice Doyen charg\u00e9 de la p\u00e9dagogie<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 *Le Vice Doyen charg\u00e9 de la post-graduation,<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 *Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Administration.<\/p><p><strong>La Formation<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dans le cadre de la refonte du syst\u00e8me de l&rsquo;enseignement universitaire, la facult\u00e9 a entam\u00e9 le nouveau cycle de formation Licence-Master-Doctorat (LMD) en Septembre 2004.La principale particularit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9forme est une architecture des \u00e9tudes en trois
