d\u00e9cret ex\u00e9cutif n\u00b013-199 du 20 mai 2013 a r\u00e9organis\u00e9 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 des sciences et de la technologie d&rsquo;Oran en cr\u00e9ant au sein de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 la facult\u00e9 des math\u00e9matiques et informatique.
