The advancements in information and communication technology have significantly enhanced efficiency and simplified human activities that were previously challenging. However, these developments have also opened the door to various forms of misuse, leading to different types of abuses. This has prompted scientific and professional communities to delve deeper into methods to address these new international challenges and crimes that threaten human and informational security. Additionally, AI software and applications have become widespread on the internet, accessible even to minors, addressing issues superficially while secretly taking control. This conference will explore various detection and protection techniques against such crimes through experts, technical researchers, and legal professionals to answer the central question: How do we secure information and communication systems for organizations and individuals while fully respecting rights and freedoms? What are the different AI applications that can bring a qualitative leap in human life? The conference will feature keynote speeches, presentations, round tables, and workshops with the participation of students, professors, experts, researchers, professionals, judges, lawyers, doctors, engineers, and technicians, among others.
