The Steering Committee of the National Conference on Innovation in Data Engineering and AI Science (IDEAS 2025) is delighted to invite researchers, practitioners, and academics to submit their original contributions to this exciting event. You can find the poster here and the flyer of the event,

DEADLINES

  • Submission Deadline: April 25, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: May 20, 2025
  • Camera-Ready Submission: June 1, 2025
  • Conference Dates: June 11-12, 2025

SUBMISSION

  • Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

      • Short Papers: 2-3 pages, including references.
      • Long Papers: 6-8 pages, including references.
  • All papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.

 

PUBLICATION

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and may be considered for publication in a special issue of COST and AJRT Journals.

Submission Process


Ethical Standards

By submitting a paper, authors agree to the following:


Late submissions or incomplete papers will not be reviewed.


Camera-Ready Submission

Once a paper is accepted, authors will be required to:


Presentation at the Conference

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present their work during the scheduled session. Failure to present may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.


Proceedings and Special Issue

Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and may be considered for publication in a special issue of a reputable journal. Details will be provided during the conference.
