Grar Younès ingénieur d’Etat de l’INELEC de Boumerdès en 1985, puis en 1990, Magister en Cybernétique du Centre de Développement des Technologies Avancées où Il a occupé le poste de chef de Laboratoire Architecture des systèmes. Depuis Septembre 1997, il a dirigé l’ISP privé GECOS. En juillet 2008, il est nommé au poste de conseiller du Ministre de la Poste et TIC, chargé de l’élaboration du programme « e-Algérie 2013». Depuis Octobre 2010, il occupe le poste de consultant IT chez un certain nombre d’entreprises. Il a été désigné comme personnalité du web pour l’année 2012 lors de l’évènement Algeria Web Awards. A l’occasion du cinquantenaire de l’indépendance, il a été choisi parmi les 50 personnalités qui ont marqué l’économie algérienne pendant les 50 années d’indépendance. Depuis Août 2021, il est Président du Conseil Scientifique et Technique de l’accélérateur Algeria Venture.

Prof. Dr. Saad Mekhilef is an IEEE and IET Fellow. He is a Distinguished Professor at the School of Science, Computing and Engineering Technologies, Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne,  Australia, an Honorary Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Malaya, and a distinguished visiting professor at the Institute of Sustainable Energy, Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. He authored and co-authored more than 700 publications in academic journals and proceedings, five books with more than 54,000 citations, and more than 85 Ph.D. students who graduated under his supervision. He serves as an editorial board member for many top journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, IEEE Open Journal of Industrial Electronics, IET Renewable Power Generation, E-Prime, Journal of Power Electronics, and International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications.

Prof. Mekhilef has been listed by Thomson Reuters (Clarivate Analytics) as one of the world’s Highly Cited (World’s Top 1%) engineering researchers. He is actively involved in industrial consultancy for major corporations on power electronics and renewable energy projects.

Professor Amine Boudghene Stambouli is a graduate of the University of Sciences and Technology of Oran (Algeria) in 1983. He received his master’s degree in modern electronics (1985) and his PhD in optoelectronics (1989) at the University of Nottingham in England. He joined the University of Sciences and Technology of Oran in 1989. His studies started in the field of High Field Electroluminescence and optoelectronics and lately changed to environmental friendly production of energy. His research interests include at present: Photovoltaics, Fuel cells, hybrid systems, and environment impacts. He is a full Professor of optoelectronics and material science for environment and energy applications at the Department of Electronics. Prof. Amine Boudghene Stambouli is United Nations consultant (Index 382958), member of many scientific and industrial organizations and director of several doctoral courses. He served as the head of the electronics department, vice rector of the university for almost two years and later the president of the scientific council of the electrical and electronics engineering faculty. Prof. Amine Boudghene Stambouli has been chairing five international conferences in the field of electrical engineering and was chairman at numerous sessions of international conferences. His studies are documented by 1 book, 3 polycopies and several papers mainly published on International Journals and on Proceedings of International and National Conferences. He is a reviewer and an Editorial Board Membership of several International Journals. He is actively collaborating with research group world wide (Algeria, Italy, Japan, France, USA, Turkey, England, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria). He was Co-responsible, with Pr. Enrico travera, of the research team « Photovoltaics and fuel cells » between the university of Roma Tor Vergata and the university of Sciences and Technology of Oran. He was awarded the prise of the best publication of the year 2009, delivered by CDER and the ministry of higher education and scientific research of Algeria. He is Co-responsible (Algerian side) of the Sahara Solar Breeder (SSB) project along with Pr. Koinuma (Japan side). Founder of the Sahara Solar Breeder Foundation. Outside work he has a general interest in DIY and cinemas, enjoys travelling and meeting people. He has recently taken up walking and jogging.

Le Professeur Redouane TLEMSANI est un enseignant-chercheur à l’Université des Sciences et de la Technologie d’Oran (USTO-MB), où il dirige également la Maison d’Intelligence Artificielle. Spécialiste en informatique, il enseigne depuis 2009 et est reconnu pour son expertise en intelligence artificielle, machine learning et traitement du langage naturel. Il intègre activement les nouvelles technologies dans ses méthodes pédagogiques, développant des outils interactifs pour améliorer l’expérience d’apprentissage. En parallèle, il mène des recherches innovantes, encadrant notamment des projets de doctorat qui combinent des techniques avancées d’apprentissage profond (Deep Learning) et des outils comme TensorFlow et Keras. Sous sa direction, les doctorants bénéficient d’un accompagnement méthodique dans la recherche bibliographique, la conception de modèles expérimentaux, et la mise en œuvre d’algorithmes innovants. Ses publications scientifiques et ses conférences traitent souvent des thématiques contemporaines en traitement automatique de données massives (Big Data) et de la transformation digitale des systèmes éducatifs. Il est particulièrement reconnu pour ses travaux sur la reconnaissance des formes, la vision par ordinateur, et les applications de l’intelligence artificielle dans des secteurs critiques comme la biométrie et la sécurité informatique.
