Cependant, une question, d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9, est: Les composants utilisant ce type de mat\u00e9riaux peuvent-ils pr\u00e9tendre fonctionnement hautes performances \u00e0 \u00e0 hautes temp\u00e9ratures? Cette question fait l\u2019objet d&rsquo;un premier volet du travail de notre \u00e9quipe. L&rsquo;objectif est d\u2019\u00e9tudier th\u00e9oriquement et ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nologiquement le fonctionnement de composants utilisant les alliages GaSb, GaAlAsSb, GaInAsSb et InAsSb, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, en collaboration avec un laboratoire \u00e9tranger, Des composants de laboratoire, \u00e0 homojonctions et \u00e0 h\u00e9t\u00e9rojonctions, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats des analyses \u00e9l\u00e9cro-optiques, effectu\u00e9es sur ces dispositifs, ont montr\u00e9 que les composants pr\u00e9sentent de faibles performances \u00e0 300 K. Leurs architectures ou configurations doivent donc \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9s, ce qui est en cours. L\u2019autre volet ou th\u00e9matique de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, \u00e9galement en cours, est l\u2019optimisation du fonctionnement et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du rendement de conversion photovolta\u00efque, dans les cellules solaires \u00e0 base de silicium amorphe et silicium cristallin. Les syst\u00e8mes ou cellules \u00e9tudi\u00e9es sont les h\u00e9t\u00e9rojonctions avec couche fines intrins\u00e8que (HIT).
