Public ISBD Titre : اقت ا رح معايير خاصة لتقييم جودة الكفايات المهنية لخريجي معاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية " معهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية بوه ا رن نموذجا " Type de document : document électronique Auteurs : عبو سفيان, Auteur Année de publication : 2021-2022 Accompagnement : CD Langues : Français (fre) Catégories : المقاربة بالكفاءات في التربية البدنية والرياضية Mots-clés : المعايير ، الكفايات المهنية ، التقييم ، خريجي معاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية professional competencies -quality of professional competencies for graduates of institutes of physical education and sports Résumé : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة الكفايات المهنية لخريجي معاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية الذين عندهم توجه مهني للتدريس في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية سواء في الطور المتوسط أو الطور الثانوي ، حيث اعتمد الباحث على الاستناد و الاستفادة من الدراسات السابقة و المشابهة حول موضوع البحث و الرجوع إلى لوثائق و الأدبيات التي تناولت تقييم المعلم عامة و تقييم خريجي معاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية خاصة ، حيث قام الباحث بإتباع المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة المسحية لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة ، على عينتين تمثلتا في العينة الأولى مكونة السادة الخبراء من مفتشي التربية البدنية و الرياضية لمادة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في المتوسط و الثانوي و عددهم (06)مفتشين و دكاترة معاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية وعددهم (10) دكاترة و العينة الثانية على خريجي معاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية من معهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية بوهران تخصص التربية البدنية و الرياضية و قومها 40 خريج من أصل 98 خريج ، و لغرض جمع البيانات قام الباحث باقتراح مجموعة من المعايير و المؤشرات حسب طبيعة مهنة أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية ، و قد اعتمد الباحث على برنامج spss في التحليل الإحصائي لبيانات البحث باستخدام معاملات الارتباط بيرسون لحساب صدق أدوات الدراسة بالإضافة إلى معاملات الثبات ألفا كرونباخ و قد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى : - التوصل إلى قائمة بمجموعة من المعايير المهنية و مؤشراتها لتقييم جودة الكفايات المهنية لخريجي معاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية و عددها مقسم إلى (12) معيارا و (56) مؤشرا . - أسفرت نتائج تطبيق المعايير المقترحة عن درجات متفاوتة بين جيدة إلى متوسطة بعد تطبيقها على عينة البحث ( الخريجين) . This study aims to assess the quality of professional competencies for graduates of institutes of physical education and sports who have a professional orientation to teach in Algerian educational institutions, whether in the intermediate or secondary stages. The researcher relied on and benefited from previous and similar studies on the subject of research and referred to the documents and the literature that dealt with teacher evaluation in general and the evaluation of graduates of physical and sports education institutes in particular. The researcher followed the descriptive approach in the survey method for its relevance to the nature of the study, on two samples represented in; the first sample consisting of experts from the physical and sports education inspectors for the subject of physical and sports education in the middle and secondary, and their number is (06) inspectors and doctors of physical education and sports institutes and their number (10) Doctors, and the second sample of graduates of institutes of physical education and sports from the Institute of Physical Education and Sports in Oran, specializing in physical education and sports, and its size is 40 graduates out of 98 graduates. For the purpose of data collection, the researcher proposed a set of criteria and indicators according to the nature of the profession of the teacher of physical education and sports, and the researcher relied on the SPSS program in the statistical analysis of the research data using Pearson correlation coefficients to calculate the validity of the study tools in addition to the reliability coefficients Alpha Cronbach. The results of the study led to: - Reaching a list of a set of professional standards and their indicators to assess the quality of professional competencies for graduates of institutes of physical education and sports, and their number is divided into (12) standards and (56) indicators. The results of applying the proposed standards resulted in varying levels from good to medium after applying them to the research sample (graduates).
