Article 01:Registration fees cannot be refunded or postponed for any reason.
Article 02:Any change of timetable, group or level must have the approval of the CEIL USTO-MB- administration.
Article 03:Any change in schedule, level or language has to be formally approved by the administration of the CEIL USTO-MB-.
Article 04:Learners subscribe in only one language.
Article 05:Learners should consult the posters, the website and the Facebook page of the Center of languages to find out about exam dates and CEIL USTO-MB- news in general.
Article 06:Access to the CEIL USTO-MB- is strictly prohibited for learners under 18 years of age.
Rigor and diligence
Article 01:Learners who have totaled five (5) absences without valid reason will not be allowed to take the exam.
Article 02:The administration of CEIL USTO-MB- reserves the right to verify the identity of learners at anytime and anywhere in the center.
Article 03:The administration of CEIL USTO-MB- attaches great importance to the behavior of learners within the Center. Any act of indiscipline, or behavior deemed incorrect towards others, may result in disciplinary measures and severe punishment.
Article 04:Dismissal for indiscipline does not entitle you to any refund of registration fees.
Article 05: It is forbidden to smoke in the center premises, to eat and to use mobile phones during class sessions. Breaks will be given for this.
Article 06:A certificate of achievement will issued to learners who have successfully completed their training session and had an average score in the final exam.
