زيارة بيداغوجية إلى محطة تحلية مياه البحر برأس الأبيض –
Educational Visit to the Cap Blanc Seawater Desalination Plant
حظي طلبة الماستر 2 بقسم الهندسة الهيدروليكية بكلية الهندسة المعمارية والهندسة المدنية – جامعة وهران للعلوم والتكنولوجيا محمد بوضياف بفرصة القيام بزيارة بيداغوجية ثرية إلى محطة تحلية مياه البحر برأس الأبيض (Cap Blanc)، وذلك بتاريخ 28 فيفري 2025. وتُعد هذه المحطة منشأة استراتيجية دُشّنت في فيفري 2025 بطاقة إنتاجية تُقدَّر بـ 300.000 م³/اليوم، وتهدف إلى تأمين التزويد بالمياه الصالحة للشرب لمنطقة غرب وهران.
وفور وصولنا، حظينا باستقبال حار من طرف مسؤول فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، الذي قدّم عرضًا حول مهام فريقه، كما أشرف على تزويدنا بمعدات الوقاية اللازمة.
بعد ذلك، قدّم السيد وهراني، مسؤول الاستغلال، عرضًا واضحًا ومفصلًا حول طريقة عمل المحطة انطلاقًا من المجسّم، قبل أن يرافقنا في جولة ميدانية عبر مختلف مراحل عملية التحلية، والتي شملت: التقاط مياه البحر، المعالجة الأولية، التحلية، المعالجة اللاحقة، وصولًا إلى مخابر التحاليل ومراقبة الجودة.
وقد ساهمت تفاعلات الطلبة، من خلال أسئلتهم الوجيهة، في إثراء هذه الزيارة، التي تُعد تجربة ميدانية أساسية في تكوين مهندسينا المستقبليين.
نتقدّم بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى السيد حمّو يانيس بنسدان، مدير المحطة، والسيد وهراني، وكذا إلى كامل طاقم محطة رأس الأبيض، على حُسن الاستقبال، وتوفّرهم، ومنهيتهم العالية، وجودة الشرح البيداغوجي المقدّم.
كما نتوجّه بالشكر والتقدير إلى إدارة الكلية وإلى قسم الهندسة الهيدروليكية، لما بذلوه من جهود مكّنت من إنجاح هذه الزيارة البيداغوجية.
Students of Master 2 in the Department of Hydraulics at the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering – USTO Mohamed Boudiaf University had the opportunity to take part in an enriching educational visit to the Cap Blanc seawater desalination plant on 28th February 2025. This strategic facility, inaugurated in February 2025, has a production capacity of 300,000 m³/day and is designed to secure drinking water for the western region of Oran.
Upon arrival, the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team leader, who introduced his team’s mission and ensured the provision of the necessary safety equipment, warmly welcomed us.
Mr. Wahrani, Head of Operations, then delivered a clear and detailed presentation of the overall functioning of the plant using a scale model, before guiding us through the various stages of the desalination process, including seawater intake, pre-treatment, desalination, post-treatment, and finally the quality control and monitoring laboratories.
The students’ active participation through insightful questions greatly enriched the visit, which represents an essential field experience in the training of our future engineers.
