في 23 أكتوبر، عُقد اجتماع ثلاثي بمعهد العلوم والتقنيات التطبيقية التابع لجامعة وهران للعلوم والتكنولوجيا محمد بوضياف حضرته السيدة ربيعة عزمو، مديرة المعهد، والسيد نصر الدين الصياد، رئيس مركز تطوير المقاولاتية ومكتب الربط بين المؤسسة والجامعة، بالإضافة إلى شريكنا فيات الجزاير ممثلاً بالسيد رياض مدين مدير الموارد البشرية برفقة السيدة سهام بلال، مديرة التكوين وتنمية الموارد البشرية. وقد تمت دعوة كل من السيد سمير كرومي، رئيس مفتشية العمل لولاية السانية والسيد ڨبلي عز الدين، المفتش المركزي للعمل (مكتب السانية)و أيضا ولإثراء مناقشاتنا أستدعيت السيدة فايزة هادف المسؤولة عن الاتصال بالوكالة الوطنية للتشغيل بوهران، وقد أتاح الاجتماع فرصة لمناقشة عدد من القضايا الرئيسية المتعلقة بالتكوين المرتبط بالعمل، بما في ذلك شروط الأجور ودعم الطلاب في اندماجهم المهني.

Tripartite meeting to strengthen sandwich courses with our partners
On 23 October, a tripartite meeting was held at the ISTA of the USTO-MB, bringing together Ms Rabia AZZEMOU, Director of the ISTA of the USTO-MB and Mr Nasreddine SAYAD, Head of the CDE and BLEU of the USTO-MB, as well as our partner Fiat Dzair represented by Mr Ryad MEDIENE, Director of Human Resources, accompanied by Ms Siham BELAL, Training and Human Resources Development Manager, the Labour Inspectorate of the Wilaya of the USTO-MB. Inspection Office of the Daira of Es-Sénia and Mr GUEBLI Azeddine, Central Labour Inspector (Es-Sénia Office) and Ms Faiza HADEF, Head of the ANEM Communication Unit in Oran, who was invited to enrich our discussions. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss a number of key issues relating to work-linked training, including remuneration conditions and support for students in their professional integration.

Réunion tripartite pour renforcer l’alternance avec nos partenaires
Le 23 octobre, une réunion tripartite s’est tenue à l’ISTA de l’USTO-MB, réunissant Mme Rabia AZZEMOU, Directrice de l’ISTA de l’USTO-MB et M. Nasreddine SAYAD, Responsable du CDE et BLEU de l’USTO-MB, ainsi que notre partenaire Fiat Dzair représenté M. Ryad MEDIENE, Directeur des Ressources Humaines accompagnée de Mme Siham BELAL, Responsable formation et développement des ressources humaines, l’Inspection du Travail de la Wilaya d’Oran représentée par M. Samir KERROUMI, Chef de bureau de l’inspection de travail de la Daira d’Es-Sénia et de M. GUEBLI Azeddine, Inspecteur central de travail (bureau d’Es-Sénia) et Mme Faiza HADEF Chargée de la cellule de communication de l’ANEM d’Oran, invitée pour enrichir nos échanges. Cette rencontre a permis de discuter de plusieurs sujets clés liés à l’alternance, incluant les conditions de rémunération et l’accompagnement des étudiants dans leur intégration professionnelle.
