Following our appointment as Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, I am pleased to express my sincere gratitude to the Rector of the University of Science and Technology of Oran Mohamed-Boudiaf for the confidence he has placed in us. I also wish to pay heartfelt tribute to my predecessors for their remarkable contributions to the development and reputation of our faculty.
I wish to pay tribute to the exemplary dedication of the Vice-Deans in charge of studies and student affairs, as well as the Vice-Dean responsible for postgraduate studies, scientific research, and external relations, along with the Heads of Departments, who have generously accepted to assume, alongside us, the high responsibility of continuing and strengthening the academic, pedagogical, and scientific missions of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
I also pay tribute to all faculty members and staff for their unwavering dedication, and I address a message of confidence and encouragement to our students, assuring them of our full commitment to providing high-quality education in an environment conducive to their success.
Our work is guided by a vision rooted in rigor, proximity, and ambition, in service of the development of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Through collective effort, responsible engagement, and shared intelligence, we strive to make our faculty a centre of excellence, progress, and academic distinction.
