Following the announcement issued by the Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on its official website regarding the opening of the Fifty-Fourth (54th) Session of the National University Commission, responsible for examining the applications of Associate Professors (Class A) who have held this rank for five (05) years, with a view to their promotion to the rank of Full Professor, in accordance with Article 50 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of May 30, 2008, as amended and supplemented, establishing the special status of teacher-researchers.
The application submission period is set from Monday, May 25, 2026, to Saturday, June 13, 2026, exclusively through the digital platform “Progrès” using each candidate’s professional email account:
All concerned academic staff are hereby informed that requests for certificates of employment and administrative certificates confirming the completion of five (05) years of service in the rank of Associate Professor (Class A) must be submitted to the Sub-Directorate of Personnel and Training.
