Call for Applications – Romanian Government Scholarships 2025–2026
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of applications for 40 scholarships offered by the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The scholarship program covers all levels of higher education and is taught exclusively in the Romanian language.
