Scholarship Offer – Azerbaijan
The Vice-Rectorate in charge of External Relations informs interested students that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received two scholarship offers from Khazar University for the academic year 2026/2027.
The scholarships are available for Master’s and PhD programs in several fields of study.
Application deadlines:
- 30 June 2026: for the “Nailekhanim Foundation” scholarship
- 31 August 2026: for the Khazar University scholarship
