Call for Applications – ABE Initiative Scholarship Programme 2027

The Directorate of University Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of applications for the Japanese international cooperation scholarship programme ABE Initiative, entitled:

Master’s Degree and Internship Program of African Business Education Initiative for Youth

The programme is intended for employees who are 40 years old or younger as of 1 April 2027.

Application File

Interested applicants are invited to prepare a complete application file in accordance with the requirements and supporting documents specified in the attached Registration Guide.

Submission of Applications

University institutions are requested to ensure wide dissemination of this call and to submit the nominal list of applicants, together with their application files, in both paper and digital formats, no later than 1 September 2026.
